Apple spent a fortune trying and I doubt any person who wears makeup or pays any attention to their hair is gonna strap this dorkbox tightly to their face, mussing their hair and destroying their makeup. I don’t think it looks cool either, but this is exactly what everyone said about AirPods when Apple first announced them. Everyone thought they looked ridiculous and nobody would ever buy them, but now they’re ubiquitous and can be found everywhere. Apple knows how to make things fashionable.
Nah. Air pods are mostly inconspicuous and tucked out of the way. This is a 1.5 pound dork box on a person's actual face. Faces are special. We place beauty and sexual attraction there. People, especially those who care about hair and makeup, aren't gonna go for that.
