Here I was thinking the author was suggesting bringing back the Macintosh SE, but with, oh, a retina display, 12 cores, 4 TB of SSD, powerful mini-speakers, and ... a small drink-refrigerator or maybe a place to hold a potted plant. That would have been cool.
