State Farm is like a good neighbor. But they are very particular about who their neighbors are.

MS might not be providing security but at least they are giving us the Copilot key and in-Windows advertising.

That’s sounds interesting. Thanks for sharing this.

Ads in the Start Menu? That is a fucking terrible idea.

Is Kagi actually running their own search engine or are they just representing the outputs of other company's search engines?

I ask because I am considering a subscription.

I think they do have their own index but they are also heavily reliant on other search engines.

You got a chuckle out of me with this one.

If old.reddit.com does go away, so will I. The "newer" version is truly horrid.

Especially the extra-lazy comment loading, which seems to only be getting worse with time. Threads that go too deep now require navigating to a new page, and comments frequently have "1 more reply" that either never loads or doesn't actually exist.

> The first part left me quite underwhelmed, tbh.

I get that. I felt the same was at first. But after watching it multiple times on HBOMax I have come to really appreciate the film. I think maybe my initial expectations were just too high.

Glad to hear it. I'm leaving to go see it 45 minutes from now.

Makes me regret I didn't take PTO to watch it, half my team are. :D

me and three other coworkers took a PTO too :)

I am not a fan of betting but I support being able to do it. I do think it would be nice if Apple could add an option to hide all gambling-related things for those who struggle with an addiction to it.

Not even that, Apple has a moral objection to other things, but gambling is okay? (I don't think they should be arbiting anything, but still...)
