The answer seems to be "yes", as Jessie has a 3.16 kernel.

Lots of speculation though - there's no official announcement, as far as I'm aware, and the OP on the mailing list did not identify as a Google employee.




I believe this seccomp-tsync feature was introduced in 3.17. I can't find the exact commit but I'm looking.
