This is somewhat tangential, but my professor recruited Steve to come to Fusion-io and always speaks incredibly highly of Steve. When he was leaving the CEO position to give it back to the founder of Fusion-io he offered Steve some additional shares and Steve told him to give the shares the engineers who actually produce the technology. Incredible humbleness there.
