You don't have to wonder. Take a look at any public housing development where the majority of residents depend on some form of public assistance.



Generally that public assistance comes with conditions that require you to remain non-productive if you want to keep having your needs provided for.

That's not at all the same thing.


I think it's irrelevant, these are minorities, and not first-class lifestyle or culture (not working is frowned upon).
