Grammatical sidenote: It should be "you or me." An easy way to know whether to use "I" or "me" is to remove the other subject and see if it's correct. Like so:

"... but that hasn't stopped I from using it."

"... but that hasn't stopped me from using it."

This way it's easy to see which one is right.
