I would choose Qt myself, but that's because I prefer writing in C++. Linux land is typically the C Fortress, is it not?

I wrote Qt stuff years ago and found it well documented. I didn't even know where to start in GTK land. I have since moved to wxWidgets as it appears to be free of politics and fits in nicely under Mac OSX (some Qt stuff was obviously Qt under OSX I noticed)
