I'm not certain but I don't think so since Chromium is supposed to be the fully open source version it doesn't support the codecs or Media Source Extensions[0] that make it possible to enable the DRM modules Netflix uses.

You can test for support on Youtube[1] as well (I don't have Chromium so I'm not sure what the results are.)

Running Chromium 37.0.2062.120 on Ubuntu 14.04, Youtube reports that I am compatible with all 6 formats, including Media Source Extensions.
