Try attic-backup[1] to one of these[2] super-cheap VPSes. 2.5c/GB/month for a 50GB block.

That's only cheap because it's a small block. If you need larger ones, you can get much cheaper. I pay 0.64c/GB/month on my 2TB storage with TransIP:
