I suspect 'ztratar is referring, albeit not terribly articulately, to the Ninth Amendment.


Maybe, but the Ninth is about limiting the document's scope relating to a subtlety of logic ("not explicitly permitted" != "forbidden "), nothing to do with "spirit"


Why was this downvoted? If it's nonsense, could someone have the good graces to say why?
