TL;DR There are lots of need for engineers in California. What about outsourced product development?
Background: I run a boutique web/mobile-web consulting shop in Canada and am interested in drumming up new business. We have quite a bit of experience taking our clients products ideas into really great products at a reasonable price. Is there a need/interest in having products outsourced over there? If so, how could one break into that market?
