Depends on how you define mid/senior. I started at a Boston company with about 10 years of experience in '08. My "mid-level" salary was ~ $90K. I ended up around $100K after about 3 years working at the same company (my title got prepended with "Senior" at some point, but it didn't start that way). These numbers do not include bonuses, which varied.
