Starting a company is similar to starting a band. Sometimes a group of friends can start jamming together, and very quickly they begin to make music people love. Other times producers and managers need to match talent, as was the case with The Temptations.
PG is in a position to match talent just as Berry Gordy of Motown was. If he does he may see more hit songs... I mean successful companies.
Nice ideas. If you have people who have the ability to go out doing things by themselves though, having experienced mentors would be an even more unstoppable combination. A few nudges in the right direction would take you a long way.
