On: The Mac App Store’s future of irrelevance

I tend to buy small utility apps in the range of $10 on the app store. But I would never buy "serious" software on the Mac app store.

The MAS already has this flea market feeling to me and so I'd rather have a real license from the original vendor than this app store receipt thingy.
