I'm not sure how they saw that price. Has to be some kind of new new user one-time special. Following their link I saw $2.65 logged out, and once I was logged in $4.78 -- all for "50Pcs CH32V003A4M6" (the 8 pin package)

Of course 9.56c each is still cheap for something that is about the same speed as an i486SX, just with a lot less RAM (2k).


Putting question aside, RISC-V is the answer.
