I would have thought Japan leveraging their Canon Nanoimprint Lithography for Advanced Node ( sub 7nm ) and grab most of the mainstream market while with Nikon Lithography focus on older mature node.

Turns out they are really targeting TSMC. So I am really sceptical as someone who is well versed with TSMC since 2010. I thought Rapidus wasn't going to be leading edge, it is some sort of scam and fraud. Turns out they are really doing it.
