call me cynical, but for a website with the header "Frontend. Backend. Pure Python." that ships 12.6MB of JS has me skeptical. If I was going to uproot everything anyways, which, to be honest, I am, I would choose Go, not another slow, memory hungry, interpreted language, throw in Alpine and tailwind, and call it good.
