The value is irrelevant. It's a conflict of interests for a citizen to be the CEO of a government contractor and work for the government, especially in a role that may have sway over how the government spends it's money.
I'd go even further and say it's corruption.
Which is a good reason they should be overhauled and enforced consistently, to stop the abuse of both foreign workers and suppression of 'native' wages.
I guarantee the foreign workers would pick this so called high paying abuse over returning to their countries and making a pittance. You’re transparent, you only really care about the suppression of native wages and you should just lead with that next time.
