I wrote it before the terms were changed, and they provided very little in terms of proof of extortion. Just proof that he wanted something resolved before giving the talk. Extortion is a bold claim.
He also sent the extortionate messages before the terms were changed. How is it exactly that paying a licensing fee to Automattic would resolve this situation?
