What kinda schizo commie rant you on? Nothing said suggests that the market isn't broken. Zoning and regulation has made it too hard to build in NYC. If we bulldozed Brooklyn Heights and built upwards we could make huge dents in the cost of housing, but old money loves their brownstones that stink of piss.
