Just because he said he didn’t need a big part of the university courses doesn’t mean that it’s easy. He said that he learned most of the things at the job, which I mostly agree with. For some domains it’s important to have the proper educational background though. But mostly it’s a different kind of difficult compared to how advanced courses are difficult.
