I knew something was off when I suddenly heard Scarlet with a Ukrainian Accent ^^

Note that substantial portions of this are standard Kremlin propaganda, not satire. Namely the story that innocent Russia has been purposely encircled by NATO the inevitable predator, etc.

That said, you can tell it is nonsense by how casually Putin chose to move Russian troops and equipment away from spooky-scary NATO borders in order to try gobbling up Ukraine.
