Figured out that I had an account there so I went to the site to see if I can log in (I also noticed that my local spare mail box has catch all incoming notifications from photobucket as spam...). I had to change password but once I did, a modal regarding this biometric policy showed up with two options. Either you agree on terms and proceed with login process or you refuse. Which in return gives you at least 3 pages (including an tempting offer for 1TB their cloud storage) where you have to really convince them that you do want to delete your account, which takes up to 30 days anyway...
