The ones I have learned over the years are Refined Sugar, Electrolyte Imbalance, Stress, Sleep debt, Acid Reflux, Excessive Hunger, Dehydration (even mild), Excessive Heat, Sun Exposure. This list is not exhaustive but it can help identify triggers that usually go unnoticed for years.
