Hmmm.. this could get interesting. And not necessarily in a good way.


It reminds me of the issue with the old night-vision Sony camcorders and cameras that were used to get pictures of people naked.

Polyester and a few other fabrics are transparent on IR.


How would that be bad?


I wonder if this could be used to boost solar panel efficiency?
