If I’m not mistaken, most employers have the option to immediately terminate you as well if it was ever found that you lied in an interview to get the job.
Ethically: Lie about anything you want, corporations are utterly amoral entities undeserving of moral treatment.
Practically: Lie about anything you're pretty sure you can learn on the job, most companies are very slow and reluctant to fire people for performance.
