These architectures hold a lot of promise for low-power real-time applications. I'm not sure what kind of device this is - I've seen the "Neuromorphic" label be applied to multiple different approaches, from "digital neurons" attached to a fast interconnect that holds synaptic weights, all the way to analog systems.
