For only $9420 that's a steal! I'll definitely be buying these for my Junta!

On a more serious note I really wanted to know why anybody would make something like this, so here's the reasons in the article:

Ready for Anything: - Wildfire Control and Prevention - Agricultural Management - Ecological Conservation - Snow and Ice Removal - Entertainment and SFX

Entertainment??? Fun new way for rednecks to die just dropped!

I think I'd still prefer to see these with water cannons for emergency bushfire management here in Aus, having a robot flamethrower dog just aint right.

As a redneck, I find this very entertaining.

With AI robots, all those suicide missions nobody wanted to do will be much more easily done. Forget molotov cocktails. Think climbing on a tank and pouring napalm all over it while lighting the napalm at the same time.

Autonomous man hunting drones powered by Nvidia Jetson are already a reality. Opencv genie has been out of bottle for some time and significant improvement in compute means every military will be collecting what they like the most.

LLMs won't kill the world but artificial intelligence powered with propulsion while delivering explosives will do a lot of harm.

Once you get over the hilarious nature of the product it immediately takes on a darker turn that similar devices could be turned on people in the near future. There is even a reference to government procurement at the bottom.

Eh. Fire has too high an upper bound of collateral damage to property. I think cops are happy with robot dogs with guns on em. Bullets will overpenetrate, but they rarely spread and grow over the course of hours.

Seems like a great tool for back burns when fighting wildfires. I wonder how far it can get in the hour long battery life.

Certainly cheaper than having a human paint themselves into a corner a flamethrower...

For your growing civil disobedience needs?

Cyberattack: 1) Shut off water pressure to city hydrant system. 2) Unleash a passel of these critters.

Up next: directed EMP guns for self-defense against "ideas" like this

Next up: robo-sharks with frickin’ laser beams.

Need this incase of bad neighbours.

What could go wrong?

Increase range somehow and send it to Ukraine for testing.
