On: Systemd replacing ELF dependencies with dlopen

what i do miss is a libsystemd-notify. Doing dlopen() is just fixing the wrong prob.

I agree that a simple self-contained .h header file would solve it in a better way.

But I stopped trying to push for minimalism. Sadly.
