Rather than trying to learn the latest innovations in these areas, focus instead on understanding the core. And you work on in a company doing this stuff, so I would say first and foremost learn from your colleagues! Talk to someone in each area, try to understand their role, and the key considerations in that role. You will get much deeper and more applicable learnings compared to anything online.
