I have a much longer and detailed version that i’ve been wanting to submit to a journal for a good six months - the only thing I want to say is that this has been the most game-changing thing to happen to my now 18-ish years since I started programming in C++. Otherwise I’d really recommend reading the docs: https://celtera.github.io/avendish and check out lafajol, the IDE i’ve started to build around it but haven’t had time to continue too much: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMQvsqTDm3k
the same approach has also been succesfully applied to embedded microcontroller firmware, and we’re hoping to make them compatible: https://sygaldry.enchantedinstruments.com/
I also know of someone who started to develop a CRUD backend with Drogon and similar affordances and are also very happy of how things turn out.
oh author here, nice to see it crop up :)
