Whoa there. The quote can be interpreted two ways; the way you read it ("young, driven, intelligent" = "mentality and intellect of an A Player") and the way I read it ("mentality and intellect of an A Player. In addition, he was young, driven...")



There's no legal upside to publicly being interested in young people. The best you can really do is look for inexperienced people with low salary requirements.


Either way, "young" is surrounded by a bunch of other clearly desirable attributes. Were I a litigious applicant over 40, I would find that significant.


Agreed, but without the additional language you added, I did read it differently.
