Not really. FSL has some gray area surrounding the expiry of non-compete, and I expect companies to extend their non-compete term whenever revenue gets low or a big feature gets released. Also, wouldn't this period be reset on every new version of the software, so there's a rolling 2 years you can't fork or copy?
