The morality of war is simply not a decidable problem by the discipline of philosophy. Whether and when war is justifiable is not objectively resolvable. But it is a vital subject in the disciplines of anthropology, sociology and history: When and where are wars justified by the participants? But those two different subjects are practically orthogonal from each other.
