Cinema at 24 fps also gives me headaches in panning shots. It did as far back as I can remember.

Cinema has a black period in the middle of every frame, that actually prevents these problems.

Yes. Also, most of your LEDs are off 50% of the time too. If it’s done quick enough, you don’t see it.
