CO2 mixes globally relatively quickly. CO2 concentration is not very regional. You could take that measurement anywhere on earth and be within 20 ppm.

Agreed, the variation in the chart is pretty small.

Though, if you near a large CO2 source (e.g. a city) it can be 100ppm+ higher (just staring at some CO2 meters right now).
