Where does my computer get the time from?
That's a Stratum 0 server since it gets its time from GPS. Stratum 1 server is one that gets its time from Stratum 0 servers.

Stratum 0 is the reference clock itself; stratum 1 is an NTP server attached to one or more reference clocks.
