I've done it. Ruins the sex life. Of course, everything in moderation. Maybe dedicating a couple of days a week to 4am wake ups would work. But sleep isn't something of a habit and it's hard to keep sleeping at different times.



Alternating days hasn't worked for me. I end up way too tired the next day if I can't get on a consistent schedule.

And yeah, going to bed early and waking up early will definitely cut into time with the spouse. Even if all you do is watch TV shows together.
