When? I’ve been using it for the last 10 years (exclusively!) and I’ve had zero issues with it.



I think these complaints sometimes come from web developers who perceive Safari as being slow to adopt web standard APIs. IMO this is justified in some cases, and not in others where Apple resists implementing certain APIs for principled and/or technical reasons.

For the most part, these issues don’t have a big impact on end users, except when web developers choose to target Chrome-only.


It's ok for users because we web developers have been working around Safari's issues for the last 10 years. Has gotten better, though.
