Not sure why one would want this?

It could answer the question "am i being throttled" but then haw do we work out where? combine this with traceroute logic and hit the intermediate routers?

I kinda suspect TCP/UDP streams may give different results too, especially across the wilderness of ISPs between real people.


Some context: I know that my bottleneck link is my cable modem. Couldn't find documentation on whether it has fair queuing (like fq_codel). So I wrote this measurement tool.

It's not about net neutrality if you understood it that way.
