Disappointed this wasn't a story about vigilante tow trucks, sweeping parked vehicles from the bike lanes. :)

I’d settle for vigilante maintenance trucks that trimmed branches, confiscated trash cans and swept the lanes.

Edit: and also confiscated orange “share the road” and other construction signs that block the bike lane.
