No accounts, barely any UI chrome. Web-based note taking app with real-time collaboration. Visiting homepage generates a new note with a unique URL.



I always like these... What are they called, I guess "early-web-style" or "wild" internet apps.

I never know what to use them for, though. If the authors read this thread: what's the intended use case for this? Pseudo-anonymous publishing? How are you intending to use it? How long will it stay up?

Allowing people to self host it (ie as a caddy-style single binary) might make more sense maybe, as it'll given people a sense of ownershit

The usecase is basically quick & bullshit-free sharing of text stuff/links/notes, also realtime, lockable & with fixed url.

Personally, I use it to have my own public scratchboard, to share links w friends.
