I love WSL, it's a work of art. I often wonder how it came-to-be. Was it some Linux guy/gal deep in MS who was forced to work on Windows and just said 'fuck it, YOLO' ... or was it some PM who thought they came up with the best idea ever ... or somewhere in-between.
