It is free but you have to get through paywall first. It is ~1000 pages doc and I skimmed through it before. The resume parser uses PDF.js to read the pdf, I have also watched the presentation by Julian Viereck https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iv15UY-4Fg8 that explained some of parts inside a PDF doc
