Apple had the opportunity to make Vision OS more accessible. Instead they chose default gestures that require two hands.

> Dwell Control will provide on-screen options for Tap, Scroll, Long Press, and Drag, allowing for users to interact with the interface without using their hands.

Does the article address any of your concerns?

Default gestures are irrelevant. Apple always puts a huge effort into accessibility for their platforms. You are condemning the accessibility based on a tiny preview. No need to be concerned. They will have plenty of accessible options for using the device.

They are typically ahead of the curve when it comes to accessibility feature on iOS. It's very well possible they will have Accessibility options to offer alternatives to those.

They discussed those options in the WWDC session. They're fairly extensive, including support voice, head movements, and alternate hand movements.
