Doesn't have to be better, preferable is enough. Plus, it is more flexible...




I agree it is more flexible and might be more preferable to some, but it is also more dangerous, and I believe it is harder to maintain as well.

Since the comment I replied to specifically said "better", that's what I directed my reply at.
