Google Search Uses “Genesis” and “Megadrive” Interchangeably (google.com)

Google shows me results for "Neon Genesis Evangelion" and gives an option to search instead for "Neon Mega Drive Evangelion". Both are very different SERPs.

It does not look to be synonymising "Genesis" and "Mega Drive" to me.

Yeah, seems like “megadrive” and “mega drive” are different indeed (and both get different results from “genesis” by the way). I've tried a bunch of unrelated words in place of “megadrive” and it doesn't suggest NGE to these too – only “neon megadrive evangelion” seems to get this treatment.

I've updated the submission title to “Megadrive” without space to account for this.

“Book of Megadrive” was reported to also work, but now seems to be tuned out a bit (Book of Genesis shows up somewhere near the end of first page now).
