Every problem has a solution.

The more relevant question is: At what cost?

For example, in layman terms we all consider factoring RSA2048 impossible. But, given all the computing power in the world or 10 years more on quantum research this becomes possible.

For sure you can split hairs about this all day, like adding cost constraints as part of the problem and formal mathematical proofs may be an exception here.

In the end, what really matters is, how much is it worth to solve the problem and how much is it worth to estimate this cost. Investigations to reach an accurate estimate also cost effort.
