I am the Head of Engineering and I'm hiring a designer engineer / a designer who codes / a frontend engineer with exceptional design chops.
For now, I need someone that can step up our design system and ship frontend UX consistently. Lots of foundational code to be built across data grids, forms and state-machine powered experiences.
Lots of dynamic / interpreted data-first UI / realtime UIs to be built (Our clients can customize any part of the experience). Admin Interface is a first-class features at Pillar!
I am looking for a self-starter that works in autonomy from a product brief to production and QA.
Close mentorship from me (expect to level up really fast!).
If everything goes well this person could transition to own our entire SDK and frontend vertical. We are widget first and offer our pluggable modules on the front-office and back-office experiences. We need our widgets to work on any frameworks. So there is a lot to do to industrialize our frontend strategy!
Techs: Full typescript / trpc / zod / xstate/ react-hook-form/ chakra (we want to migrate to tailwind or stitches)
Process: Intro call / Technical discussion + design Review / Executive Call / Offer. No Leetcode B.S but a technically demanding (albeit short) process.
Internship, Contract or Contract to Hire depending on XP. Can be located in North America / Canada / Western Europe
